by Federation. Motion that those who chose to do own engraving do it at own cost.

Blenheim 2013 | Remit presented by Gisborne Club, seconded R
otorua. That ther critera for the van Dusschoten Cup be amended from "Judged
best standard van (highest points) excluding radial" to be "Best van".
Standard vans are rare and mostly commercial. Wellington opposed change and if
this happens they want trophy back. General opinion was that Wellington does not
own the trophy and has no claim to it. Votes in favour of change 5 Votes agaionmst
change 5 South Canterbury wanted it noted that they oppose. President had casting
vote and he voted in favour. Result, the change will take place. |

moved Federation President plus 3 other Clubs, as scrutineers. Seconded John Neilson.

trophies be clean, repaired and engaved when sent to Vice President 3 weeks pr
ior to Convention. All at Clubs own cost. All in favour. Carried |

2 Clubs to forward Member Lists. Moved by D Newby that these Clubs are not financial
until complete. They are not able to have cars judged if not financial and their
