Body: Paintwork may be metalic but not metal flake
Engine: (a) engine may ne any Morris Minor engine up to 1300cc rating

AGM 2010 Utilities and Flat decks to have the tonneau covers fitted half way only (if applicable)
  
AGM 2010 All vehicles entered for judging must be owned by the person(s) entering the vehicle for judging
  
Remit 2012 - ChristchurchSubmited by Auckland Club seconded Gisborne Club. Standard original presently cross ply. Which model of MM allow radials. Clarification on change needed. 3 in favour of, 9 against, 1 abstained. Motion lost
  
AGM Bleheim 2013Top of the South Club, was passed that Clubs get own miniatures for trophies. All in favour. Carried
  
AGM Blenheim 2013Barry Brown aasked if all engaving was paid by Federation. Motion that those who chose to do own engraving do it at own cost. Moved D Newby Seconded B Parker. All in favour., Carried
  
AGM Blenheim 2013Remit presented by Gisborne Club, seconded R otorua. That ther critera for the van Dusschoten Cup be amended from "Judged best standard van (highest points) excluding radial" to be "Best van". Standard vans are rare and mostly commercial. Wellington opposed change and if this happens they want trophy back. General opinion was that Wellington does not own the trophy and has no claim to it. Votes in favour of change 5 Votes agaionmst change 5 South Canterbury wanted it noted that they oppose. President had casting vote and he voted in favour. Result, the change will take place.
  
AGM Wellington 2015At each Convention for judging, Barry Brown moved Federation President plus 3 other Clubs, as scrutineers. Seconded John Neilson. All in favour. Carried
  
AGM 2017 Hamilton hosted by Auckland ClubJerry Pinny moved all trophies be clean, repaired and engaved when sent to Vice President 3 weeks pr ior to Convention. All at Clubs own cost. All in favour. Carried
  
AGM Hamilton 2017All Clubs have now paid Levies but waiting on 2 Clubs to forward Member Lists. Moved by D Newby that these Clubs are not financial until complete. They are not able to have cars judged if not financial and their votes will not be counted. Seconded Hugh Smith. All in favour. Carried
  
AGM Hamilton 2017Webmaster Bruce Hatrick retiring. Motion that Federation carry on with website and pursue own domain. Moved by South Canterbury. Seconded Rotorua All in favour. Carried
